1. The service
Content Afterparty is a tool for organizing event media, developing brand content, and preparing or publishing posts to connected social accounts. We operate under the name Content Afterparty from Georgia, United States. The service is currently offered to approved accounts during an early release. Features may change as we improve it.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. If you use Content Afterparty for a business or organization, you must be authorized to act for it. The workspace owner controls its connections and account settings.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in the media, text, contacts, and other material you put into the service. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that material to provide the features you choose, including AI assistance, sharing, and publishing. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you upload, information about other people you add, and posts you publish. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, or interfere with other users or the service.
4. AI assistance and social publishing
AI-generated suggestions and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Review them, including any claims and rights to images, before approving or publishing. You decide what to publish from your connected accounts.
Social platforms and other connected services have their own rules and can change, delay, reject, or remove content. We cannot guarantee that a connection or a scheduled post will remain available. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
5. Paid features
If we offer a paid plan or credit purchase, we will show the price and applicable billing terms before you buy it. A payment provider may process the purchase under its own terms. These terms do not require you to buy a paid feature.
6. Availability and account changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or particular results from a post. We may pause access to protect the service, respond to misuse, or comply with law. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects your use of the service.
You can request account deletion from Account settings. The request starts a 30-day period during which you can sign in to cancel it. After that period, deletion may be irreversible. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to data and how to contact us about an export or deletion request.
7. Governing law and contact
Georgia law, United States, governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you have a question or a concern about the service or these terms, email support@contentafterparty.com.
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and give additional notice when a material change calls for it.
