1. Who we are
Content Afterparty operates under that name from Georgia, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@contentafterparty.com.
2. Information we handle
- Account and business details: your name, email address, sign-in information, workspace name, verified email addresses, and support messages.
- Content you add: event media, captions, drafts, schedules, brand information, contacts, sharing details, and other workspace material.
- Information from connected sources: public website content you ask us to review, social account details and content available through the permissions you grant, connection status, and the credentials needed to maintain those connections.
- Early-access requests: the contact and business information you submit when asking for access.
- Service and billing records: device and browser information, IP address, app activity, error and security logs, and, when paid features are used, transaction and plan details. Payment card information is handled by our payment provider.
We use sign-in cookies and local app storage to maintain sessions and remember the state needed for the service. Information about other people may be present in media or contacts that a workspace owner chooses to add. Photos and videos may also include location details saved by the camera.
3. How we use information
We use it to create and secure accounts; store and organize content; prepare brand and AI-assisted drafts; connect accounts and carry out publishing you approve; deliver shares, notifications, and support; process purchases when available; and diagnose, protect, and improve the service. When you request an AI feature, relevant content may be sent to an AI provider to produce the result.
Feedback and app recordings
During the alpha, some signed-in web app sessions are recorded through Sentry so we can find and fix problems. Text you type is masked, and media is blocked from these recordings. Public pages and sign-in screens are not recorded. Error reports may include your device, app version, where the problem happened, and an approximate location based on your network connection.
If you send feedback, we receive your message, any reply address you provide, and any screenshot you choose to attach. The iPhone app sends error reports and feedback but does not record your screen automatically. Sentry stores this information according to the settings for this alpha. Contact us for the current retention period or with a privacy question.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace information is kept while the account is active and needed to provide the service. A workspace owner can request deletion in Account settings. The request makes the workspace read-only and schedules account and workspace deletion after a 30-day grace period; the owner can sign in and cancel before the irreversible deletion process begins. The process removes the workspace and its stored media and deletes the account. Content someone else shared with you may remain in their workspace after your recipient link is removed.
Some limited records, such as security and hashed deletion audit records, billing records, service logs, or backup copies, may remain after account deletion where needed for security, legal, accounting, or operational purposes. Data already sent to a social platform or another recipient is governed by that recipient's own retention practices.
6. Your choices
You can update account details in Settings, disconnect a social account, or request account deletion there. For a copy of your data, contact us before the scheduled deletion date; there is no self-service export yet. You can also email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Rights available to you can depend on where you live and the role we have in handling the information.
7. Security
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, including server-side handling of social credentials and encryption for stored connection tokens. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Providers may process information in the places where they operate.
8. Changes and contact
We will post changes to this policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change calls for it. Questions or requests can be sent to support@contentafterparty.com. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using Content Afterparty.
